Animal Hats Pattern
Knit fun animal hats!
Pattern includes knitting directions for cats with large and small ears, bears, dogs, and devils. Hat can be made with a plain brim or with earflaps and ties.
This pattern has a story, too. As you read the story you will be asked to make decisions. The choices you make influence how the story will end and how your hat will look when complete.
Level: Advanced beginner / intermediate knitter
Fits head sizes: 19-20.5", 20.5-22", 22-23.5" and 23.5-25".
Materials Needed: 180 yards (165 meters) of worsted weight yarn in main color, 24 yards (22 meters) of contrasting color, one set size 8 (5 mm) double pointed needles, one set size 6 (4.25 mm) double pointed needles or 16" circular needle, (optional) a size 8 (5 mm) 16" long circular needle, (optional) a size H/8 (5 mm) crochet hook, and a small handful of pillow stuffing.
